It looks like you have been busy over the last couple of days completing almost every activity from day 1 and 2. I cannot wait to read them all. I am currently working through 200 activities completed by students with in Ako Hiko. How crazy is that? I am excited to see the rest of your journey over the summer. What a great way to kick start your Summer Learning Journey with three great facts. I am so proud of New Zealand for having 3 official languages. Well done to you for acknowledging sign language as an official language as the website missed that out, didn't it? It is quite amazing that our country has accepted Te ao Maori as an official language because not too long ago, the language was banned from schools. This caused the Maori language to be on the brink of extension and now we are starting to see the language flourish and be part of the New Zealand culture.
