Week 3 day 1 activty 3

hey blogger for the summer learning journey we had to use some information to create a graph. The graph should have a title along with the names of each city and their hottest recorded temperatures. We can draw the graph by hand or use a computer programme like Google Draw to create your graph. It’s completely up to us! I made a graph using make a gargh

  1. Hi Jasmine,

It's Leslie here, reading your blog from my home in Canada. I'm a member of the Summer Learning Journey team and it's very fun for me to be involved in the same program as you, from the other side of the planet.

I'm so glad that you've chosen to participate in SLJ over your holidays. I hope you're enjoying the activities.

You made a good effort at making this graph but, unfortunately, the activity asks that you create a graph showing the temperatures in the cities that are listed at the top of the activity description. You are to graph the high temps. in Dallol, Dasht-e Loot, Kabili, Bandar-e Mahshahr and Tirat Zvi. You've made a graph using the same cities as those shown in the sample graph for this activity.

So, if you'd like to earn full points for this activity, please try again.
I'll check back in a while to see whether or not you've chosen to do so. I'd love for you to get full points for each activity that you try!!

The cities that you've listed on your graph are actually all in Canada, my home country. How coincidental is that? Have you ever travelled to my country?
I've visited New Zealand because I have my daughter's family lives in Auckland. Lucky me - to have 2 such beautiful countries in my life!!

I hope that you're really enjoying your summer holiday time and that you'll keep working away at the Summer Learning Journey activities.

    Cheers,

    Leslie
